Once you have selected your goods, click on "Checkout and follow the order instructions as you progress through the site. We welcome payment from all major credit cards through our secure encrypted payment system, powered by PayPal.

if you prefer, you can place orders with your credit card by telephone and we even accept UK cheques with orders send through the post.

Stroller’s normal delivery period is 3 to 5 working days using Royal Mail recorded delivery service for UK and Channel Island deliveries. UK deliveries are FREE on orders over £30. Orders under £30 are subject to a small carriage charge of £2.00.

Deliveries within the European Union are £13 per pair (subject to a limit of 2 kgs) while deliveries to the rest of the world are £20 per pair also subject to a 2 kg limit.

Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in the porch, garage, shed etc. Orders should be received within a maximum of 10 working days. Any claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 14 working days from dispatch.

This postage charge is non refundable. We do not pay the postage costs of returns.

Orders are acknowledged on receipt and processed as soon as possible.

We understand the need for swift response and always try to provide a "by return" service. However, with the vast number of lines that we offer, we often rely on supplier's stocks as well as our own. This sometimes leads to delays and you should allow 10 days for delivery.

If we cannot supply within 2-3 days, we undertake to keep customers informed of the delivery schedule.
Once goods have been dispatched we will advise you by email.

If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.

In the case of orders greater than 1 pair of shoes goods may be dispatched at different times.

Tax Charges

The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. in the U.K.
