GENERAL POSTAGE INFORMATION
Deliveries within the UK are free of charge for all purchases over £40. Areas classed as being within the UK are England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands
Our aim is to deliver goods within 2 to 3 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service (non-guaranteed). Weekends & Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday.
All orders placed before 3PM Monday – Friday and before 11AM Saturday will aim to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time will be dispatched the next working day.
Should you wish to have the package delivered to an alternative shipping address we will carry out additional checks, where we deem it necessary to protect both ourselves & our customers. Although we are more than happy to leave parcels in a secure place of your choice if you are not available to sign for your delivery, you should be aware that this option will the void the proof of delivery protection & we regret that we cannot accept any claims for missing parcels in these circumstances. Please state your instructions when you order.
On Sundays and UK bank holidays there is no postal collection or delivery, so orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Collect in store - FREE (Please specify preferred branch at checkout)
Tracked 48 Delivery: Delivery 5 days a week, Monday – Friday sent Via Royal Mail (2-3 working days from dispatch) – FREE on orders over £40, £3.00 on orders under £40.
Tracked 24 Delivery: Delivery 5 days a week, Monday – Friday sent via Royal Mail (1-2 working days from dispatch) - £5.00 Usually delivered the next working day to dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES
EUROPE Royal Mail International Tracked - £15.00
The order will be processed in the UK by Royal Mail, and then handled in your country by your national postal service.
Delivery to Europe is approximately 2-5 working days, but can sometimes take a little longer. If you order hasn’t arrived within 14 days, please contact us
REST OF THE WORLD Royal Mail Airmail - £20.00
The order will be processed in the UK by Royal Mail, and then handled in your country by your national postal service.
Rest of the world delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days, but can sometimes take a little longer. If your order hasn’t arrived within 28 days, please contact us
Any claims for lost goods cannot be entered into until after 18 working days from dispatch (for UK deliveries) and 30 working days( for international deliveries). Please note that if any items are returned to us by Royal Mails sorting office as uncollected, we will not provide a second delivery free of charge. We will contact the customer for the delivery charge before we dispatch it a second time.
